Skillset: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience: 4 to 10 Years in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll. The ideal candidate will have robust technical skills in PL/SQL and SQL, alongside expertise in Fast Formula and Archive/BIP knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Payroll, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • - Utilize strong PL/SQL and SQL knowledge to develop and maintain technical solutions.
  • - Apply Fast Formula knowledge to design payroll rules and processes.
  • - Work with Archive/BIP to create reports and support business needs.
  • - Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical design and development.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular progress updates and effort estimates.
  • - Adhere to coding standards and ensure technical solutions are optimized and scalable.

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain preferred.
  • - Minimum of 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules.
  • - A total of 5+ years of experience in Oracle-related roles.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • - Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
